Policies

Substitution Policy

Substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Fresh-cut Flowers

Customers must call within 72 hours from day of purchase or delivery when unsatisfied with a fresh-cut flower arrangement. Arrangements will be picked up on the next best day and the recipient will receive a full replacement arrangement (flowers only OR flowers and vase, depending on the design) within this time period.  No refunds offered.

Delivery Policy

A local delivery fee of $12.00 - $30.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, we may require use of a courier service whose fees vary).


It is best to place your order at least 2-3 days ahead of time to ensure we are able to deliver on your requested delivery date. We tend to book up quickly, so our ability to offer same-day delivery is extremely limited!


We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

 

Returned Checks

Returned checks / insufficient funds are subject to a $40 fee
